Coach Sappho's Singles Brunch In Baltimore
Attendee Agreement
Coach Sappho's Singles Mingle Brunch will be held on Sunday, 9/27/09. You will be notified of the location of the brunch via email only at least one week prior to the event. Please reply to the email to RSVP prior to 9/24/09 or, after 9/24/09 you may call Barb Elgin at 352-347-3577 to RSVP. If for some reason you don't receive email notification of the event location before 9/24/09, be sure to call Barb at 352-347-3577 to receive event location.
The event will be held in the Baltimore metropolitan area. If some unforeseen emergency on Coach Sappho's part occurs, requiring the event to be cancelled by Coach Sappho, you will be notified and admission fee will be refunded. DEADLINE TO REGISTER: Wednesday, September 23, 2009.
Admission is $12 (This fee helps defray expenses related to planning, marketing and hosting the event and doesn't cover food or drink). When you arrive at the restaurant, be sure to ask our waiter/waitress for your own separate check. You are responsible for paying your check (food, drink, taxes and tip) in full, prior to leaving the event.
Privacy Policy: We maintain a commitment to the privacy of our members. Our policy strictly forbids that we sell or give out member information to third-parties. Also, we do not accept solicitations for such information. We will not disclose your personal information to other registrants. Any information exchanged by registrants with other registrants during events is entirely optional and voluntary. Coach Sappho will, at a registrants request, forward their personal contact information to another registrant, however Coach Sappho is not responsible for the interaction or lack thereof between any registrants.
Each person attends events sponsored by Coach Sappho at his/her own risk, and Coach Sappho shall not be liable for any loss or injury sustained, either directly or indirectly, by any such person. In consideration of the privilege of attending events sponsored by Coach Sappho, patrons waive any and all claims they or their heirs may have against Coach Sappho, its owners, Managers, and employees. All registrants agree that Coach Sappho and its staff will not be held liable for the safety or conduct of registrants or their property when traveling to or from or while attending any function organized by Coach Sappho.
IN NO EVENT SHALL COACH SAPPHO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND/OR INCIDENTAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANYONE ELSE IN CONNECTION WITH THE BRUNCH, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM COMMUNICATIONS OR MEETINGS WITH OTHER REGISTRANTS OF THE BRUNCH OR PERSONS YOU MEET THROUGH COACH SAPPHO OR THE BRUNCH.
You agree to provide Coach Sappho with accurate biographical and contact information. If any information is found to be false, such as your singles status, or your contact information, your registration will be cancelled without a refund (or if we can't contact you to let you know where the brunch is, then how will you know where to go?). Coach Sappho does not guarantee the accuracy of the information concerning registrants, as Coach Sappho can only go by the information supplied by registrants.
Coach Sappho expressly reserves the right to deny registration, event entry or continued participation to any person whose conduct, in the sole and exclusive opinion of Coach Sappho is damaging or offensive to any attendee before, during or after a Coach Sappho event, or is damaging to the reputation of Coach Sappho, or who attempts to abuse, exploit, or use our services and resources for any improper, immoral, or illegal purpose.
