Six Months for $99 - Member Agreement
By clicking on the purchase button below, you (hereafter 'member' or 'I') agree to the terms of membership for Lez Rendezvous Singles Club (hereafter 'coach' or 'club') as described below.
Basic Benefit - Access to private online website and all it's resources. Two, 60-90 minute singles/dating tele-discussions per month. Coaching Gym (for a limited time only). Phone singles mingle once a month and an informational phone group call once a month.
Fees/Payment Policy - This is a special rate - $99 for six months (time limited). Initial payment is to be made by credit card at the Coach Sappho site via MC/Visa/AMEX/Discover. Then, every six months my credit card will be billed. IMPORTANT: Your credit card statement will show a charge to: BE A SUCCESS866396BARB. If I want to cancel my membership, I must give coach at least five days written notice via email before my next renewal date. I must also confirm coach received said email. There are no full or partial refunds for this special rate.
Phone policies - Coach rents access to conference lines. Each member is responsible for any long distance telephone call charges incurred. If for some reason there is a problem accessing this line, coach will provide a backup number to group members ahead of time. Times and agendas for member events are available via the member website and/or are sent to the client ahead of time via email messages. Conference numbers are private for members only. All members agree not to give this number out to non-members.
Confidentiality - Our discussions will be considered confidential and coach uses care in maintaining confidentiality. Coach makes no express or implied warranties or guarantees and will not be held personally responsible for any inadvertent violation of confidentiality unless it is proven to be willful with foreseeable direct, material harm to member. Member understands that telephonic, email, fax, efax and other online methods may not be secure and that archives of email communication may be subject to electronic interception or may be kept by third parties (such as employer-based voice mail and email systems, so member should keep this in mind if she decides to communicate with coach or other members from work) and be subject to court orders. Member understands there may be exceptions to coach-client confidentiality that may include responding to court orders. And in the event of discovery of child or elder abuse or a member's intent to cause harm to herself or others, coach will take all reasonable and appropriate action which may include breaching confidentiality. If a member has specific requests regarding contacts with the coach, member is responsible for making coach aware of those specifics.
Member Behavior and Hold Harmless - As a member of the club you agree, in order to create and maintain a safe space for all members and to handle your relationships with other members with care and respect. Members who cannot do so and who disrupt the mission and positivity of the club will be banned from the club. Members should keep in mind that Lez Rendezvous doesn't pre-screen or perform background checks on members, cannot control the behavior of members and will not be held liable for their ultimate actions. You are responsible for all of your interactions with members.
All members declare that information they share with Lez Rendezvous and club members at all times is accurate and true to the best of their knowledge and that any material errors in the information a member provides will result in the immediate termination of their membership and forfeiture of all fees she has paid.
You agree to hold harmless the group, it's members and leaders from any liability that results from your involvement in the group. I would suggest you take a cautious, 'step-wise' approach in sharing personal information with other members. We can't control how other members represent themselves, for example, their current 'relationship status' or the real identity or truthfulness of pictures posted.
Any communication that you post to the Website is non-confidential and you agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You shall not post or publish on the Website any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, illegal, infringes on copyrights or trademarks, or is otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to any material encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable law.
You understand that this is a social networking site, not a site for arranging sexual encounters; you therefore agree not to post any solicitations for sex. You also agree not to post any information that would allow other users to circumvent the messaging system of the Website to contact you directly. If we are notified of any alleged content violation, we may investigate this and decide in our sole discretion whether to remove the content from our website or to take further action such as but not limited to the immediate termination of your account.
We may disclose any content or electronic communication of any kind (i) to satisfy any law, regulation, valid search warrant, or court order, (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate Lez Rendezvous, or (iii) to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lez Rendezvous, its users, or associates. Lez Rendezvous reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication, or content that we deem in our sole discretion to violate any law or be harmful to the rights or safety of Lez Rendezvous, users of the Website, or any third party. Provided, however, neither Lez Rendezvous nor our provider(s) can ensure the prompt removal of questionable content upon posting.
Accordingly, neither Lez Rendezvous nor any of its officers, employees, or representatives shall assume any liability for any action or inaction taken with respect to removing such material from the Website. The Website shall be used only for personal uses consistent with the operations of the Website and exclusively in a manner consistent with its intended function as described in the group's guidelines and informational material. You shall not distribute or otherwise publish on the Website any commercial material soliciting or promoting any goods or services. You specifically acknowledge that soliciting any users of the Website to become members of any commercial online service or other organization is expressly prohibited by the terms of this Agreement.
Recording of Meetings - Members are not allowed to tape group calls. Coach will be recording the calls for later distribution on the club website. Coach owns the rights to these recordings. Members can use recordings only for their own personal development and are not allowed to share them with nonmembers. Keep in mind that coach can't control how members use said recordings and can't be held liable. Members concerned about being identified on recordings are welcome to use a pseudonym, say only their first name and city when speaking on calls or electing not to speak/just listening in. Members always have the option of listening in on the live webcast, where they can participate by typing in their questions, comments, etc., and electing to be selective in how they identify themselves.
Use of Club Website - Member agrees to use the club website for lawful purposes and for those purposes specified in this Agreement. Member agrees to indemnify and hold coach harmless for any and all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, which arise out of members unlawful or impermissible use of the club website. Member agrees to use this site at their own risk. Inclusion of material in no way represents an endorsement by Lez Rendezvous or any of its sponsors. The information on this web site is no substitute for you seeking the advice of a professional in the area in which you live. Do not rely on the contents of this web site for psychological, medical, legal, or financial decisions. These resources are for social, educational and learning purposes only.
Communication - This agreement constitutes the complete agreement between coach and member and no other representations have been made regarding outcome. Coach makes no guarantees or warrantees, expressed or implied, about any results to be achieved. Member realizes that there may be unintended effects of taking this program and takes full responsibility for those effects and holds coach harmless. Member understands the club doesn't provide expert advice particular to your business, field, or industry; financial or legal advice; therapy; training or psychological counseling. From time to time coach may provide members with information regarding other providers of services or goods. All referrals made by the coach are subject to independent evaluation by the member and no warranty or representation regarding their services is made by the coach.
In the event member feels a need for professional counseling or therapy or if the coach recommends same, member understands that it is their responsibility to seek the services of a licensed professional.
