Coach Sappho's Podcast Subscription Agreement

By clicking on the button below, I (hereafter 'listener/participant')hereby agree to the guidelines of Coach Sappho's podcast subscription.

Basic Benefit

Weekly, 30 minute recorded podcast, delivered to your email inbox each week via mp3 and streaming formats.

Fees

A podcast subscription is $4.99 per month.  To continue your subscription, you don't have to do anything.  Every 30 days your credit card will be rebilled $4.99 a month for as long as you remain a subscriber.  To cancel your subscription, you must email Barb Elgin at least 5 days before your next monthly charge.  No refunds for that month will be given after a charge is made.

Guidelines

Podcasts are meant to be informational, educational and entertaining. You must be 18 or over to be a subscriber. Purchasers are solely responsible for any actions he or she takes as a result of being a subscriber. Coach makes no guarantees or warrantees, expressed or implied, about any results to be achieved. Testimonials shared by other subscribers are their results and your results may vary.  Purchaser realizes that there may be unintended effects of listening to the podcasts and purchaser takes full responsibility for those effects and holds coach harmless.

Purchaser understands the podcast is not considered expert advice particular to a my business, field, or industry; financial or legal advice; training; therapy; crisis intervention counseling/services, or other psychological counseling.


Coach Sappho holds the sole copyright to all podcast recordings. Participants are not allowed to resell, repurpose or otherwise use the podcasts, other than for their own learning.

On the podcast, coach may provide information regarding other providers of services or goods, including interviews of said providers. All such information and introduction of such experts offered on the podcast are subject to independent evaluation by the client and no warranty or representation regarding their services is made by the coach.
